Great River Educational Arts Theatre celebrates its 10th anniversary season in 2007/2008. GREAT Theatre has grown dramatically and achieved remarkable success, earning a reputation as the leading youth theatre arts educator in Central Minnesota. GREAT Theatre serves an annual audience of more than 34,500 people including 14,600 students who attend a free or reduced priced school matinee. History:
Founded in April, 1998, the Great River Educational Arts Theatre (GREAT Theatre) is a nonprofit community theatre providing hundreds of youth the opportunity to participate in live theatre each year. Currently, GREAT Theatre is the only theatre dedicated to children and their families in central Minnesota. |
